As a general guideline, one 3-bathroom trailer comfortably serves up to about 150–200 guests for a standard 4–6 hour event. For longer events (8+ hours) or higher-traffic festival-style crowds, we recommend closer to 100–150 guests per trailer, or adding a second trailer. For guest counts above 200, we recommend booking an additional trailer.
Trailers are delivered fully serviced, checked, and stocked before your event, then picked up afterward — an attendant isn't included by default. If you'd like someone on-site throughout your event to restock supplies and keep everything running smoothly, we offer an on-site attendant for $400/day.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date, with the balance due before delivery. Cancel more than 30 days before your event and your deposit is refundable minus a $100 booking fee. Cancellations 14–30 days out receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Need to change your date instead? We'll move your deposit to a new date at no charge with at least 7 days notice. Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case.
Not at this time. Our current trailers are accessed by fold-down steps and sized like most luxury 3-station trailers on the market, which isn't wheelchair-accessible — across the industry, ADA access is handled with a dedicated, purpose-built unit rather than a modification to a standard trailer. We're evaluating adding a dedicated ADA-accessible trailer as we grow. If accessibility is a requirement for your event, reach out and we'll help you find a solution.
